At Sustain Awards , we design and produce personalized trophies , plaques , and custom-made trophies for corporate and institutional events.

 

Collection Line — Personalized Trophies
We work with defined models, maintaining control over materials, processes, and finishes. We use wooden trophies (FSC-certified beech), recycled plastic trophies (post-consumer), or acrylic trophies, among others, as well as other sustainable materials. These are processed using CNC milling and laser cutting, and finished with non-toxic, water-based paint.
Personalization is achieved through engraving or full-color UV printing, ensuring precision for logos, text, and graphic elements that align with the brand identity.
These standard trophies and plaques feature an eco-label with a material specification and environmental impact calculated according to ISO 14040.

Delivery times:
48 hours for rush orders (up to 100 pieces within the EU).
1 week for the final design.
2 weeks when we handle the graphic design.

Trophy boxes:
Our boxes are made from 100% recycled 600 g/m² Pankaster, a compact and sturdy cardboard with a matte cement grey finish. They can be personalized via screen printing in one or more colors, with no minimum order quantity and at a low additional cost.

 

Custom-made line — specific development
We design and produce unique pieces tailored to the concept, form, and materials defined for each project. The process includes design, material selection, industrialization, fabrication, and assembly.
Various materials can be integrated depending on form or symbolic requirements. In these projects, due to technical limitations, costs, and deadlines, it is not always possible to guarantee the exclusive use of recycled materials or the availability of the eco-label.

Delivery times:
Minimum 3–4 weeks.
Recommended 6–8 weeks for complex projects or the development of specific materials.
